Lawyer's Pants Catch On Fire During Arson Trial

We're not calling Miami guard legal advisor Stephen Gutierrez a liar. Be that as it may, we can state that amid a trial on Wednesday evening, his jeans were ablaze

Gutierrez needed to come up short on the court after his jeans started to consume while he was giving shutting explanations in a fire related crime case, The Miami Herald reports. The cause was obviously e-cigarette batteries in his pocket.

His customer, Claudy Charles, was blamed for deliberately setting his auto ablaze. Gutierrez was contending that Charles' auto had quite combusted when the attorney's own particular jeans seemed to do only that.

"Soon after starting my contention, I saw that my pocket started to feel hot," Gutierrez revealed to The Huffington Post. "When I checked my pocket, I saw that the warmth was originating from a little e-cigarette battery I had in my pocket. There were a few in my pocket at the time."
