• Open and log in to your Blogger account 
• Before enable this option, you need to revert your blog on Google+. Go to setting >> Revert to Google +. 
  
• Now your Blogger profile has been reverted to your Google plus Profile. 
• Go to blogger dashboard > Google+ > select automatically share after posting 
  
• You're done !!

Now your post will automatically share on Google Plus whenever you will publish an article. You don't need to open your plus account to share it manually.
